Robert Velie Obituary

Robert J. Velie passed away March 27, 2023 at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife Patti; children Dick (Mary) Velie, Patti (Alan) Miletta, Klarissa (Jody) Convertino, Kimberly (Ingo) Kinney, Walter Esling; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Kay Lynch Velie and daughter Tami Velie Esling. Bob lived in Vestal most of his life and worked at IBM. He loved hunting, fishing and hanging out with his buddies. We still hear stories about his Golden Bear football days, #33, quarterback. We will miss you. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date to be announced.
