Katherine Lance Obituary

Born on Oct 8th 1927 passed away on Monday April 12th 2021 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her parents 3 sisters and 1 brother. Katherine is survived by her loving daughters Sheree and Dennis McGonnigal, Karen and Robert Dixon , and the apple of her eye her grandson Jason McGonnigal. She is also survived by some very dear friends and her niece Robin and George. Katherine worked for Ansco, GAF, Anitec and International paper for over 40 years , retiring and starting a new career at Chenango valley school district for 14 years as a teachers aide to a very special student Hannah Shoop. Katherine was an amazing woman, who would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She will be sadly missed. Per Her wishes there will be no services. Please make donations of sympathy to the Port Crane Fire Dept. or to a local animal shelter in her Honor.
