John Taugher

BINGHAMTON - John Taugher, age 62, of Binghamton NY, born on April 20th, 1959, passed away peacefully on January 16th, 2022. He was predeceased by his mother Avis Moore-Taugher, father Gerard Taugher, sister Mary Taugher, brother-in-law Frank Zollbrecht, Aunt Jean Moore, and cousin Robert Gill. Survived by his loving wife and best friend of 25 years, Holly Taugher, two beautiful daughters who he loved dearly, Brianna and Karli Taugher, sister Elizabeth Zollbrecht, and brother Patrick Taugher. He has many nieces and nephews he loved dearly; Jessica Zollbrecht, Gerald Zollbrecht, Eric Zollbrecht, Marty Zollbrecht, Bobby Jo McBride, along with their families. He loved his dog Vinnie, whom he spent hours playing ball with. John also had many friends he stayed in close contact with and loved. John graduated from Johnson City High School in 1978. He had a love for all sports, the Steelers, camping, boating, and playing golf. Family will be having church services at Blessed Hope 225 Bevier Street Binghamton, NY at 12pm Sunday January 23rd, 2022. Following the services, there will be a celebration of life gathering for family and friends. We hope you join us to celebrate John’s life at Touch of Texas 1240 Front Street Binghamton, NY.
