Daniel A. Kozarski

VESTAL - Daniel Kozarski, 85, passed away April 6th, following an illness. Dan has been a resident of Vestal for many years. Born in Plains Township, Pennsylvania, February, 1937, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy in 2013; His parents Anthony and Genevieve, as well as his sister Carolyn and brother Edward. Dan graduated from Saint Johns University with a Psychology degree and had a long career at the State hospital in Binghampton. After Dan and Betsy retired they traveled all over the US and the World. Including Italy, Vatican City, Mexico, many Caribbean islands, Canada, and more than half of the United States. Surviving are Nephews, Robert Maas and his wife Jody, James Maas and his wife Barbara, John Rendle, and Justin Sickler and his wife Holly; and niece Carol Ann, and her husband, Kevin O’Rourke. Dan was an active member of St Ambrose Church, those wishing may make memorial contributions, can make them to St Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Ave. Endicott, NY 13760, in Dan’s name. Dan wishes are that there would not be a formal memorial at this time.
