Charles Gillmer Obituary

Charles E Gillmer Sr, 77, of Johnson City, NY died October 1, 2021, at his home after a long illness.

Charles was born in 1943 to Frank Gillmer and Emma Swingle in Sayre, PA. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Gillmer, two daughters and sons-in-laws, Corlena and John Feeko, Christina Gillmer and Melvin Learn, son Charles E Gillmer Jr, brother Darryl Gillmer, 8 Grandchildren, two great grandchildren along with his mother-in-law Patricia Chapman, sister-in-law and several brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, brother Robert Gillmer and sister Susan Gillmer Hayes. He was retired employee of Buckingham Manufacturing of Binghamton, NY. In leu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association 59 Court St, Binghamton, NY 13901 in Charles E Gillmer’s memory. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Tuesday at Floral Park Cemetery.
