Eugene R. Ortloff, 66, of Binghamton was reunited with Michael, Casey and Keegan on October 3, 2017. He was predeceased by his parents, Glen and Barbara Ortloff; partner, Michael Condon and sister, Isabel Ortloff. He is survived by his dog Keeva; siblings; Glen (Peggy) Ortloff, Nancy Smith, George (Helene) Ortloff; nieces and nephews, Barbara Smith, Frederick Smith, adopted son George (Lisa) Smith, Dorothy Newman, John Newman, Matthew Ortloff, Andrew Ortloff; several great nieces and nephews; his extended family, Gerald Condon; Lawrence and Cynthia Condon; Joyce Zawistowski; Victor Quesnel; special friends, Christian Smith and Verties Toran. Eugene retired from Willow Point Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at the J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, Wednesday at 11AM with burial in Springforest Cemetery.
