Charlene J. Rigo

Charlene Rigo 66, of Johnson City, NY died Dec 19, 2017.

 

Charlene was born in Gordon, PA, the daughter of Charles E. Harrison and June I. ( Kerestes) Harrison.

 

Charlene graduated from Johnson City high school.  She was a retired employee of Hertz.

 

Although a long time resident of Johnson City, Charlene loved the beach.  Especially, Long Beach Island NJ, where she lived as a child.

 

Charlene is predeceased by her parents, and one son James “Chucky” Rigo.

 

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Jimmy Rigo, her son Christian (Amy) Rigo, Binghamton, NY , her sister June Clark (Francis), Daytona Beach FL, and a nephew Matthew Clark (Matt Ritchotte), Orlando.

 

Charlene is also survived by two grandchildren, whom she absolutely adored, Heather and Jacob Rigo, Binghamton, NY

 

When we last spoke Charlene was very excited to be coming home to share Christmas with her family, and her dogs.

 

Well Charlene, you didn’t make it to the home you expected, but you made it to a better home.

 

We all love you and miss you.  In the course of time we hope to be reunited with you.

 

A service will be held Friday, December 22nd at 2:00 PM at J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Johnson City, NY.  Visitation begins at 1:00 PM
