Ann (Pratko) Metera

Ann Metera, 101, of Binghamton passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, William S. Metera.  She is survived by her son, Robert (Shirley) Metera; 7 grandchildren, Robert W. Metera, William R. (Renee) Metera, Robin (Donald) Voss, Lori Metera, William H. (Shannon) Metera, Daniel Metera, Dr. Kimberly Metera Fishback and 9 great grandchildren.  Ann was a long time member of St. Michael’s Orthodox Church and was retired from GAF/Ansco.  A funeral service will be offered by The Very Rev. Protopresbyter James Dutko on Monday at 10am at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, Binghamton. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 9am until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann’s memory can be made to St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, 292 Clinton Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.
